His career in healthcare spanned from providing strategic analysis to senior executives to overseeing nearly 300 clinics and managing thousands team members nationwide. Today, in addition to leading MAPP Consultants, LLC, Eric channels that expertise into the pet care sector as a small business entrepreneur in metro Kansas City.

Eric’s approach is grounded in servant leadership, believing that execution and culture must go hand in hand. He specializes in helping service-based organizations enhance operations, empower leaders, and cultivate thriving workplace cultures.
